Napoleon's Death Mask

Napoleon Bonaparte's death cast, handmade plaster cast wall sculpture by the Nicholas H Wood studio. Napoleon died on 5th May 1821, imprisoned on the island of St Helena at the age of 51, and this cast was taken a day and a half after his death.

The historical sculpture has a metal wall hook attached on the back for hanging.

Available in white plaster or with an antique finish, made with traditional artists' pigments. The effect may vary from the photo, as the wash creates a unique aesthetic every time. If you have a preference on the depth of colour, please do let us know :)
